12-Month Warranty You Can Count On
At Fone Walk, we stand behind every device we sell. That’s why every pre-owned phone comes with a 12-Month Limited Warranty — so you can shop with total peace of mind.
What’s Covered
Our warranty protects you against defects that occur during normal use. This includes both hardware and software issues that are not caused by user damage, such as:
- Touchscreen malfunctions
- Battery failure (under 80% health)
- Charging port or power button issues
- Speaker, microphone, or earpiece problems
- Camera not working (front or rear)
- Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or SIM card reader failures
- Software malfunctions not caused by third-party apps or downloads
- Faults caused by improper materials or workmanship
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized changes. This includes:
- Cracked screens or broken glass
- Liquid or water damage of any kind
- Damage from drops, impact, or external force
- Issues caused during transport or storage
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, battery aging, discoloration)
- Use of unofficial chargers, cables, or accessories
- Software modifications like jailbreaking or rooting
- Damage from power surges
- Any repairs or tampering by third parties
- Failure to follow product care or usage instructions
Note: Devices with signs of liquid damage, tampering, or removed serial numbers (IMEI) are not eligible for warranty service.
How to Make a Claim
- Email us at returns@fonewalk.tech with your order number, proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation), and a brief description of the issue.
- We’ll send a prepaid return label (for customers in Canada).
- Carefully package the device in its original packaging or a box with equivalent protection.
- Fone Walk is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.
- Our technicians will inspect and test the device.
- If the issue is covered, we’ll repair or replace the device free of charge.
- If the issue is not covered, we’ll return the phone or offer a paid repair quote.
If your exact device is no longer in stock, we may offer store credit equal to the original purchase price.
Dead on Arrival (DoA) Policy
If your phone arrives non-functional or fails to power on out of the box, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll prioritize your claim and arrange for an immediate replacement, subject to stock availability.
Turnaround Time
We aim to process all warranty claims promptly — typically within 5–7 business days after receiving your device.
Additional Notes
- This warranty is only valid for orders delivered within Canada
- The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer
- Cosmetic flaws present at the time of purchase are not covered
- A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns outside warranty coverage
- This warranty is not insurance, and no third party is a beneficiary
