At Fone Walk, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your device — no complicated rules or hidden fees.


Your Options Within 30 Days

You can choose to:

  • Exchange your device for a different phone
  • Return for store credit to use on a future purchase
  • Return for a full refund to your original payment method

To start the process, email us at returns@fonewalk.tech. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label so you can send the device back at no cost.


Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The phone must be in the same condition as when received
  • All included accessories must be returned
  • iCloud must be removed and the device must be factory reset with all personal data erased
  • If iCloud is not removed, we cannot process a refund or exchange

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
  • Store credit is available if preferred
  • Exchanges for a higher-priced device require payment of the difference

We provide a free prepaid shipping label for all returns and exchanges within the 30-day window.


How to Start a Return

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions
  3. Send the device back — once inspected, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit
