Q: Are your phones original and authentic?
A: Yes, all our phones are 100% original and thoroughly verified before being listed. We do not deal in replicas or clones.

Q: Are your phones unlocked?
A: Yes, all phones we sell are fully unlocked unless stated otherwise. They can be used with any carrier worldwide.

Q: Do your phones come with a warranty?
A:
Yes, our phones come with a 12 month warranty for manufacturing defects. This is valid only for mechanical or technical issues not arising from any physical damage or water damage. Only defects that occured from normal use of device are covered. Please reach out to returns@fonewalk.tech to start the warranty process.

Q: Can I return a phone if I’m not satisfied?
A:
Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days then you can exchange for a different phone, return for store credit or return for a refund. If you would like to proceed with a return then please email us at returns@fonewalk.tech to start the process and we will send out a free shipping label for the return. In case of exchange with a different device, depending on the price, higher amount may be charged.

Q: Are your phones tested before sale?

Yes, every device goes through a rigorous inspection covering battery, screen, camera, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mic, speaker, buttons, and more to ensure full functionality.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within Canada. Express shipping option is available at checkout for an added cost to get faster delivery. We ship using various couriers.

Q: Is there any financing or installment option available?
